This location is ideal both for active travellers who want to explore the best of South Bohemia and for families seeking a relaxing retreat in one spot for the entire stay.
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area connected to the living room, from which you step out onto a south-west-facing terrace — the perfect spot to unwind in the afternoon sun. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure that even larger families have plenty of privacy. Each villa has a plot of 800 m2, with a covered terrace of 30 m2 offering pleasant outdoor seating in any weather. The built-up area of each villa is 100 m2. Both villas share a garden swimming pool measuring 7.3 x 3.7 m — refreshment for the whole family is guaranteed. The youngest guests will love the sandpit, swing and trampoline. The owner can also arrange bicycle and boat rentals, so the adventure begins right at your doorstep.
The listed prices are for accommodation in one villa. If you wish to spend your holiday with a larger group of friends or families, both villas can be rented simultaneously — in that case, please place an order for both properties, CH-387 and CH-388. Písek with its Gothic stone bridge, the castles of Zvíkov and Orlík, Blatná and Bechyně — all within easy reach, and from the banks of the Blanice you will set off full of energy and enthusiasm.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
